Mr. Schram's vision for building a vehicle for purchasing subrogation claims launched Latitude Claims Services in 1997. Latitude Subrogation Services, LLC began in 1998 as the subrogation servicing vehicle for purchased claims. Mr. Schram is a practicing attorney and established the law firm of Hertz and Schram in 1979 and has served as its President and largest shareholder since its incorporation in 1981. Mr. Schram has been involved with dozen of insurance related class action lawsuits defending Director and Officer Liability actions. The law firm of Hertz, Schram & Saretsky, P.C. currently has 30 attorneys and specializes in securities law, real estate, banking, corporate and finance, estate planning and creditors rights. Mr. Schram is admitted to practice law in Michigan, Florida and Washington, D.C. Mr. Schram received a political science degree from the University of Michigan's Honors College. Mr. Schram spent six months in South America as a photojournalist for several U.S. Newspapers before attending Georgetown University law Center in Washington, D.C. where he received his juris doctorate degree in 1976. Ms. Benson has overall responsibility for all aspects of organizational performance including change management, organizational process design and large scale project management; focusing on the design and implementation of Latitude's state-of-the art software development project. Ms. Benson brings to Latitude more than 20 years experience in business and organizational change. Prior to joining Latitude, Ms. Benson was the founder and managing partner of Collaborative Change and Learning, LLC, a strategic change organization. She has held several senior level positions within DTE Energy which included Director of Merger Integration. In that role Ms. Benson led the integration of human resource processes for the merged companies. Ms. Benson holds a Master's Degree in Organization Development from The American University and Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Wayne State University, MI. Mr. Coscia joined Latitude Subrogation Services, LLC in 2002. Mr. Coscia brings 10 years of insurance experience and is responsible for overseeing the day to day management of company operations including business unit operations, information technology, accounting, strategic planning, and employee development. Mr. Coscia previously worked for Citizens/Hanover with claims management responsibility. Mr. Coscia holds an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Schoolcraft College, MI and is an active member of NASP, PLRB and NAMIC. As Latitude's first employee, Mr. Webb brings over 27 years of subrogation and claims experience. Mr. Webb began his insurance career at CNA insurance where he oversaw subrogation for over 13 years. Mr. Webb has authored several training seminars for insurance carriers and trade associations teaching subrogation investigation areas and holds certification as a Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP). Mr. Webb oversees Latitude's account management department including, claims technical areas, reporting and service performance. Mr. Webb holds an Associate in Arts from Wayne County (MI) Community College and is active in NASP, PLRB, RIMS and NAMIC. Mr. Williams brings over 37 years of property and casualty experience, starting his career at State Farm as a property/casualty and health claims representative in IL. Mr. Williams spent 14 years in CA and MN in claims and underwriting management for State Farm. In 1994, Mr. Williams assumed oversight of State Farm's subrogation department, including coordination of consolidated product liability subrogation at corporate headquarters in Bloomington, IL. Following retirement, Mr. Williams now serves as Sr. Subrogation Advisor for Latitude involved in all aspects of the subrogation business and is a frequent speaker and author on subrogation. Mr. Williams is a founding board member of NASP from 1999-2005, and President of NASP in 2003-2004. Mr. Williams graduated from IL State University and holds designations of CPCU and SCLA. He served 9 years on the ANSI-X12 Property Insurance Sub-Committee.
